[Deptheads] Flames of War Tourney - Orccon

A bigger problem is that we don't know what things are going to look  
like for Orccon as far as the California and La Jolla rooms are  
concerned. If the remodel is done by then, they will be 5 separate  
rooms with hard walls.

Now if all goes as *I* hop, we'll be getting the 3rd floor rooms back  
and we'll have some lockable rooms freed up downstairs (Circle rooms  
Malibu, Newport, Laguna). But my faith in the Radisson is not very  
high at this point. I'm worried about even the main ballroom.
