I haven't said much, but I have to agree. If nothing else, this sets a precedent, and other people running games will want locked off rooms for their stuff too. I understand terrain is a pain to set up and tear down, but if they want to reserve a room, they should be paying for the room.

that 69% of the time the room is not available to other types of gaming
and this is just wrong.

I will state, that I am against giving any group that does not pay us
$2000 up front to section off an area.  Our dealers do this, games do
not!
GM and games should share space, not reserve rooms.

If you guys feel I'm wrong on this, then tell me.  This is why I have a
problem with this event!  They are asking too much!

I don't feel like I've really gotten any guidance from anyone on this
and if you leave it up to me, then that is what I'm going to tell these
guys.

Well then, yes, they should get the room if they're going to use it all day
Saturday and Sunday.
