thumbs up for you mentioning the totally aweful "the hottie and the nottie" . So bad I forgot about it.
Any film that stars paris hilton is already warning you it is going to be bad.

Even the worst bad scifi/adventure movies have a slight appeal to me. I would rather be water boarded than watch this film all the way through.
 
The Hottie and the Nottie (2008)
 
This one was brutally bad. A romantic comedy that wasn’t romantic or funny. This film had no redeeming qualities at all, no sci-fi/adventure-ness, no cult classic-ness, nothing but brutal bad film making. But it is new enough that most people will not have seen it or heard of it.
