We're going to send out an email pushing the hotel rooms for the  
Radisson (sign ups end Friday). We have very little in the way of  
Special events and some departments need to enter their events into  
the system ASAP.

If there's anything you want pushed via the mailer, send it to the  
list. We'll use what we get as best we can.
