[Deptheads] Flames of War Tourney - Orccon

The Broadside Bash pays for their space directly, and we're committed  
to them for February. Unless the FoW guys want to wait and see as to  
how the remodel falls out and the 3rd floor clears up, we have no  
space to give them. Gamex would be far better.
