[Deptheads] Game pre-registration limits

Well, the converse of this is Susan seeing that she can¹t pre-reg for the
events she wants and therefore never bothers to show up because it¹s
unlikely she¹ll get into the game.  People love programming their con
weekend entertainment.

And, while I understand ³majority of con-attendees are walk-ins², I know the
rpg department well enough to say that may not necessarily be the case for
us.
