[Deptheads] San Jose on Saturday

Patrick S.  as I remember from the meeting at the hotel, you and are sharing
Newport on Saturday.  You are to run movies in there durning the times we
are not having the seminars.  Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but that was
what I remember Eric A. saying.

Partirck H.  Thanks for the offer to move tables from San Jose on Saturday
night, however, I'm not sure that is the hotel, will let us (conventions
staff) move several tables due to Union and Saftey (OSHA) issues.  (Plus,
where would we put them?)     As for tables Steve may need on Sunday, he has
asked for 1 rectangular table for his computer and some Legos.    I thought
I might take one from the Flea market area on Sunday (when they were not
being used) or something.  Seeing as it was only 1 table, I wasn't too
concerned about it.  If need be, I can bring it from home.
