[Deptheads] D&D 4e Launc

They recently changed Winter Fantasy (the RPGA con) into "The D&D Experience" and supposedly had a record year for attendees.

Also, the D&D minis game is a tad odd as it is a genre crossover. You have a collectible miniatures played on boards. So thus, I am a tad confused where it would be put in our schedule.

It is true that GoblinCon or Fall Strategicon or whatever name would be rebranding. It is weird that we have this Strategicon name that is not used for any conventions.

Here's a different take on it, which just occurred to me because Eric
said Winter Strategicon (which is along the lines of waht I figured
would happen if we named them all Strategicon). TSR used to have two
conventions -- GenCon, and then a winter one called Winter Fantasy.
Yet everyone knew they were both TSR conventions. Since all three of
our convention names are long established, instead of talking about
changing them, which would mean we'd have to build up name recognition
all over again, maybe we just need to work on making sure they're
associated with the Strategicon brand in people's minds? After all,
it wasn't GenCon Winter Fantasy, it was just Winter Fantasy.
