[Deptheads] D&D 4e Launch

Eric and had talked about this before the con and both agreed that  
going back to "Strategicon Presents" was needed.  From the early 80"s  
till about when the con moved to the Westin it was always done that  
way on the front of the Con Book, not sure why it was taken off.  I  
think with that back it will stop any confusion.  I don't think  
changing the names of the con is a good idea, we would for sure lose  
some people that know them only by the names ORCCON, Gamex and  
Gateway, if those name disappear they make think the cons are gone.
