Here, here!  Several dealers still express concern about the flea
market taking people away from the dealer room.  Also, a lot of the
dealers would like time to cruise the flea market themselves.  I know
I haven't been able to really check things out at the flea market for
a few years.

We actually have tried media guests at our cons, and they generally
didn't attract much attention.  They definitely didn't work as a draw
for GenCon SoCal (much to Peter's chagrin and amazement).  And most of
them cost significant bucks to get them to come.
