Victor Bugg is the person in contact with them. Based on what he told
me at OrcCon, they would not be running our computer room, but would
probably have a separate set-up that would complement the existing
computer room and help build attendee recognition. It's also still
very much in negotiation and being worked on. I'm hoping he jumps in
here at some point.
One salient point to mention is that he's working on them for Gamex
because OrcCon is already strong and doing well, something other
departments should consider when they look at new ideas, guests, and
promotions.

Do they want a seperate admission fee? (That might be appropriate considering that their BlizzCon is an event that was sold-out and run like clock-work). If they do want a seperate admission, what does that mean to us?

We have to display professionalism dealing with them. To that end, who on our end is dealing with them and are we giving them everything they need? (I'm just pointing out that Eric/Janice/Tim needs to know this, not me).

These people are a multi-billion dollar company and if we need to get on our knees and ask them "pretty please" lets do that. This could potentially bring in hundreds of additional attendees.
