[Deptheads] Convention Booklet

I'd hold off on spending any cash for a professional designer on the
conbook.  I mean, we all want changes but this isn't a serious issue worth
throwing cash at, methinks. Let us give it a stab first. I'll put some time
aside next month to try and reorganize it and send it out for comments.
Web sites: Kublcon's site is the best I've seen. I think spending some on
that would be more worthwhile than spending anything on the conbook.
