[Deptheads] Revised sleeping room requests

Eric, with beds in the rooms, you have the risk of "Sleepers".  In past
years they have always been able to move the beds out and store them in one
room on the same floor.  I realise a lot has changed (convention staff,
hotel managment) and it's not a huge issue, but I thought I would mention it
anyhow.  If any of the maintinance staff is the same, they would remember
how to do it.  ~Heather~
