Key to any sort of agreement with the volunteers is the following:

 - must be over 18 to use the room overnight
 - room must be cleared out by 9AM
 - room must not be left in a mess in morning because it will be used for
gaming.
 - Volunteers should not leave any of their possessions in the room as the
room will be accessible to convention attendees during day
