I understand the need for the solidification process, but I need whatever you have by the 1st if you want to guarantee they have badges on the first day. The schedule is only important to make sure whoever is working with you has their badge in your stack, on whatever their first day is. If you don't have the schedule down yet, they'll have to see me for their badge when they get there, but that won't be a problem since I will be there by 9am on Friday. More important is that I have your list of folks so that they can have pre-made badges. Even if it is a partial list, or people cancel after we make the badges up, it works better if we aren't doing the work last minute. I'm going ahead and replying to the list with this, so that other heads who are holding off for perfection can get this information.

Hopefully, my staff will solidify this Sunday as we talk about it during an 
M&M game and the Super Bowl, but I am looking at myself and one or two 
others each day total...unsure who on what day due to work schedules.
