[Deptheads] Hotel room discount issue

Colin Jessup, one of GMs, called the reservation hotline last week to get a
room at the Raddison for the con.  The reservation was fine up until the
point where he tells them that he's there for the con.  They put him on hold
for 10 minutes and then tell him that THERE ARE NO MORE ROOMS available.

He ended up getting the rate and the room this morning when he simply went
through our website to the Online Reservation system.

So are people calling the hotel and getting denied?  Should we direct folks
only to the website's online hotel registration?

This seems to give further credence to Robert L.'s worries that the Raddison
staff don't quite know what the hell is going on.
