Eric, find out who is going to be Head Poobah on-site at the Radisson for each day of the convention.   Get his/her name and CALL them.   You need to have a conversation with this person beforehand so they know what agreements you have with the hotel that may be different than whatever their "normal" policy may be. 
   
  Otherwise, we could be on-site with a Poobah who kindly smiles while he tells you that nothing "unusual" can be done and he's really sorry and you will need to take up your "concerns" with the Sales Dept when they get back on Tuesday.
