John could use the foyer due to his size requirements. I have not heard from the minis people due to that many are out on vacations with their families. Hope to get the minis room filled.

Subject: [Deptheads] Foyer Space

Folks,

As stated we need to know who needs foyer space, and as I was stupid enough to organize it last time, I have the job again. Does RPG need space at all? Does collectibles?

When I spoke with Robyn at the last meeting, we talked about using some of the space for Warhammer events during the day. I dont know if these are scheduled Robyn, or if something else fantastically visual or interactive for minis should go in it's place.

Here is what I have so far, and if it becomes a real issue we can make this space into the Open Gaming space, and have nothing scheduled here other than the Paint & Take.
