I'm with Patrick on this one...they did say it was going to be done &  it 
will greatly hamper our
operations at the hotel

If we wanted to move, the condition of the hotel is enough  to get us out of 
there.  We were promised that the remodeling was  done, it is not, and the 
hotel's appearance and general condition is  enough for us to cancel the
