[Deptheads] RPGs/LARPS dept status

We have 4(?) fans that we can use to deal with the air circulation
issues. Obviously, that won't cover every room but can help in the big
ones.

For RPGs we can certainly use the space in the Penthouse for open
gaming next con, at least early and mid day.

"Punish" us? Sounds a bit juvenile. It hurts the players more than
anything. See if we can find a way to sooth those ruffled feathers.

Obviously, if we're back to the Westin, RPGs are set.
