*** We do need more tables, but I don't want to give up room to move between 
tables so we can say we can fit 50 more people.  The large walkways are 
necessary for fire marshal standards.  We have a lot of large people, as 
well as handicapped people, so we need to be aware of their needs as well.

*** How would this take pressure off?  The library is in the middle of the 
ballroom we use.

*** Didn't we already say we were getting the list from the concierge?  We 
have a list of establishments, it's the delivery restaurants that we need to 
get menus from for each department to have a mini book of restaurant menus. 
Boardgames started one, and we'll make copies for the other departments of 
the ones we have.
