[Deptheads] GW (Warhammer) tournements

Yes, we have somebody to run the GW tournements for this con (May).  We 
haven't firmed up who is going to run them for Gateway. So we have a 
regular group to run the Grand T- at Orccon and a regular group to run 
Gamex.   IMO splitting up who runs each T- makes it easier on who 
actually runs the thing.

As for food, I understand that we have permission to bring some 
food/coffee for some of our volunteers, but NOTHING may be sold or 
exchanged in any way.
