[Deptheads] D&D 4e News for Game

I understand ‹ it makes sense to support the ³official² organization. But
many people don¹t want to have to go through the procedure of joining RPGA
to play (and find their mustering situation a bit byzantine).

I think that I will try to lead a contingent of non-RPGA DMs into running
non-official D&D 4th events for the non-RPGA crowd (which I surmise will
flock to the events).
