[Deptheads] Minutes and notes from meeting 30 March

We're not. The one thing I didn't really put in the minutes but was mentioned at the meeting is we think we lost money overall. The 3rd floor rooms ran us over $5000. We're working with the hotel, to rectify this problem, but I don't expect them to bend much.
