[Deptheads] Broadside Bash rumours and news

We did this last year. We did this because the regular flea market ran
right through their event and they wanted a flea market. We might have
to tweak the hours this year. This is handled just like the normal
flea market, with an obvious emphasis on GW figures and related stuff.
Note that it's open to all convention goers, both buyers and sellers.

This was all coordinated with me directly last year. I'll handle it
again. We might change it so it coincides completely with the actual
flea market (so it won't be a special event for them).
