In/Out is not automatic, park n' fly said no in/out when I talk to their manager.

Actually, contracts can and will be written out that will exclude us from being in this situation. I have done these before, and when Eric finds someone who will work with us, I'll be able to help him on this.
Even if we end up no better than before, we need to do something to show we are being active on this problem and doing what we can for our attendees.
On the "Pre-register Parking with the Convention," this is viable and may be needed to secure a contract with a lot. There are places that will require a certain number of parking spaces paid for 30 days in advance, and this is the only way to actually protect the convention (with a "no refund" on the parking space needed). Almost always, when you pay for a space like this, in/out privileges are almost always automatic, another bonus.

Less work and better prices, February will still be in the down swing of
the current economic shift.
