0. Lunch -- Thai
1. Welcome and Announcements
	a. Patrick and Lori have left the state.
	b. Eric Burgess is new BG head, with Gayle and Karl assisting
2. Gamex
	a. How did we do? -- about 850 total attendees. Financially a near  
disaster. It could have been a lot worse
	b. What went right? -- It went really smooth other for the most part
	c. What went wrong? -- signage issues and dealer dollar panic. Poor  
at-the-door attendance.
	d. Department reports
	e. Hotel? -- went really well for the most part.
	f. Has everyone got their money back yet? -- Yes, apparently
	g. Things we've learned. Moving with no parking doesn't help.
	h. Winners Lists -- Tanya is putting them up on web site
3. Gateway
	a. Budget -- we're on a really on a tight one. A lot extraneous stuff  
is getting cut. Figure the prize budgets are down 20 percent. Figure  
the budget for buying prizes and library items is $0 unless we're  
already committed to it (Thankfully we've got a lot of stuff lying  
around already). Right now, the answer is "no" if you want to spend  
money and expense it to the con.
	b. Special Guests and Events
	c. Publicity -- mailing going out ASAP. Flyers sent to store just  
before meeting (the last were sent 24 July)
	d. Department reports
	e. Signage -- need them to be bigger! 11 x 17 at a minimum.
	f. Library -- going live. Eric B. Will talk to Larry. We still want  
him there in some capacity (after all he has been with the cons for 30  
years)
	g. Website changes -- Lots for Orccon.
	h. Parking -- Parking Map -- Mike F.
	i. Rooms -- See 3a. All rooms must be confirmed. Dept heads get 1/2  
room. All others if they put in 24 hours 1/4 room. This is our back  
breaker folks.
	j. Hotel Layout Space. Computers in San Jose, RPGs in Penthouse,  
Demos in foyer (except for RPG demos if desired -- they may want  
quiet). Minis downstairs.
