[Deptheads] Vendors for Orccon 2009

It isn't a matter of limiting Orccon.  It's a matter of how exhibitors
will react if we don't have attendees and they lose money.  So far we
don't seem to be doing anything to mitigate the concerns that people
expressed after Gateway.  I already heard negative feedback from
exhibitors after Gateway.  So far I have heard no good response to
allay concerns about the parking situation.
