Why don't we talk about special guests and how they work.  From past 
experience it seems we have guests of honor and special guests.  How do 
we decide who they are?  What makes a guest  one of honor vs. special?  
I get the impression that Eric B. does most of the lining up and Heather 
and Devi take care of them at the con.  Is this accurate?  I have asked 
before if we have a list of guests for 2010 and no one responded.  Does 
this list exist and who is maintaining it?
