Yes, Tim has full authority to do this as we need someone to lighten  
my load on this end. Chris is doing the same on the operations end,  
but Tim is going to be simply more visible to the department heads.

This next year my time at the shows is going to be severely restricted  
in all likelihood. I'll explain why soon.
