Bill, 

I totally agree with you regarding placement of the display case.  I believe
that Tim was depending of this for the con already and the Paint and Take
manager (Carol) is already lined up to lead the judging of the contest, as
well as excepting the entries.

So unless something has changed, this is the plan.  Place the miniature
display (with its lockable feature) at the Paint and take tables, for all to
see.

The paint and take table is staff on Saturday and Sunday. So this is why we
accept the entries at that time and finish before they close at end of
business on Sunday.
