[Deptheads] More contact info - PO BOX

I check the PO box (did this morning by coincidence).  Off-season months 
I check maybe once a month... closer to a con it gets checked weekly to 
every couple days.   Back-up for the PO box is Nyquist who's name the PO 
box is registered to, and he has the other key.

I scan in all of the dealer packets received and will email them to 
you.  Couldn't last con as both my home scanner and work scanner were 
giving me the finger.  (Both are now fixed)
