[Deptheads] Exhibitors Packet Draft 2

WEB MASTER:  Exhibitor hall will be back in Catalina (showing TBD), at 
least I assume it will be.  The Monday Hours will be 10:00 to 3:00PM, 
instead of 5PM.

FINANCIAL PEOPLE:  Do we have a list of who pre-paid at the last con?  I 
think some people paid in advance (like when turning in dealer dollars) but 
have no idea who.  And also if any forms/payments have come in.  Who is my 
contact for this stuff?

EVERYONE ELSE:
I have done some major revising of the Exhibitor Packet.  Tried to update 
and consolidate the dates, places, people...  updated wording, clarified 
some problem stuff that often comes up (like loading carts - we don't 
provide them!).

Changed the introduction.

I updated the language of Exclusivity, mainly for Clarity and reality of 
how it is done.

Need to clarify the phone numbers, addresses, etc.  I think I got Board of 
Equalizations right!

Using the old room map, it will do for one more show!   Table 108-109 have 
that darn divider being them, so it's a pain.

Would like corrections and input.  Can email me direct if you like.  Please 
be kind, the packet has sat unchanged (and out of date!) for some time, no 
changes are intended to harm anyone, and some things may have been in there 
(and wrong) for years, so don't freak out on me too much!
