Feedback Seminar [Was Re: [Deptheads] Boilerplate proof]

Burgess asks a good question.  I think it is worthwhile, if I recall 
correctly we always get two or three things we need to focus on for next 
time.  I also think it is better PR to have it than not to.  It says we 
are accessible for complaints and comments.

At least that is my opinion.  Does anyone else have comments pro or con?
