[Deptheads] Next Staff/Planning meeting

Sorry I missed the Monday Morning meeting at the Con...  got distracted by 
donuts.  Any highlights?

I heard talk about the upcoming Staff meeting - the "Big One" of the year 
to plan for 2011.   (I just started an OrcCon 2011 folder! 2011!)

I heard dates like Oct 17 and Oct 24, both work for me.   Oct 24 weekend 
was already a possible LA weekend for me, though I wanted to be in a park 
that day!

Was just wondering if we could select the date sooner (like this weekend 
rather than later (like 2 weeks) while the cheap airfare are still up in 
case I fly, and cheap rooms.

Is this meeting likely to be at the same place as last one, or does it get 
a conference room somewhere due to size?  I had also heard a rumor about 
that!   I am a little grape on the vine.
