[Deptheads] web site overhaul

Look includes usability and accessibility and navigability.

I don't know about Wordpress. It might be useful for a wrapper for certain apps, but I'm not familiar with using or configuring it, and, I don't know how it will work with our database.

Adding the strategicon twitter feed is easy.

I concede that our photo albums aren't the best, but it was the easiest system to incorporate into our site. I'd be happy to switch to something more robust if I could figure out how to incorporate it into our site. I'm also willing to consider viewing outside our site, but the pictures are not leaving our server.

Do we have a use for a calendar? If so, I'll look into one.
