[Deptheads] Bug/Feature List - Version 1

Hi All,
The list below is what I've put together of all the requests I have found in my possession. They are in a rough order of how I will likely complete them. The order will change, if I'm given good reason to, or in some cases, I'm given help.
If you wish to add to this list, I'd prefer we start using the bug tracking program.

Please don't use it for things like adding Special Events or Guests or News Items. These are re-occuring issues, and not something that can be fixed once. Send them to the deptheads list.
If you have any questions about using the system, let me know.
I'll be adding some of these below shortly.
If you would like to be notified about changes to specific items below, let me know and I will add you to the notification of the bug.

Change the "VIP T-Shirt" to "one limited edition con T-Shirt at each convention"
Change Computers to Video Games, if not already done.
Add strategicon twitter feed
Since we reset the news after every con, we should list all of the next con and get rid of the scroll bar.
Make the bar image on the homepage a changing set of images.
Cross-link with HMGS?
Separate the User info update from the password update. Bug 296
Fix volunteer page
New accounts should go to con pre-reg page on successful creation Bug 294
Add the meet and greet as a separate pre-reg item [Pending value being set]

Event Related

Sort on: GM, Type of game, Time, Day
Link from each Dept to Add event with dept pre-selected. Bug 288
Link to events list from each Dept displaying only that dept's events. Bug 288
Add a "tag line" field to the event reg. It would be a very short description that is used in the con book
Add user name of submission to the event submission info.
Keep data in fields on event submission reload after missed required field.
Make error message more obvious.
Event submission form, default day and time changed to blank instead of the first time slot on Fri.
The first day/time is a required field, but not the second or third.
Add a Submit and Stay option, to keep the form data to make it easy to submit the same event at multiple times.
Add a field for board game geek game numbers and create a link to description of the game, especially in the pre reg.
Add Event needs to require that user have either a phone # or eamil defined for the account. Bug 292
GMs listed for an event must have an account we can link to. Bug 291
Allow other depts and general users to edit events they entered, but notify dept event is in and event coordinator of change and request approval. Bug 308
Users to be able to change pre-regged events. Bug 302

Delimited file version of the sign up sheets for a spread sheet dump.
Show date event was submitted.
Make it so you can only set an event to approved if it's in your department
Add a denied event listing in admin.
