Tonya,

Very complete list...good job. 2 things that would be nice to add if possible:

On Event Registration....add a line instructing people to use Remarks for any non-conformity space requirements (i.e. Floor Space, Multiple tables, etc.

Add a space where Department Heads can upload videos of things that happened in their area the previous convention.

The list below is what I've put together of all the requests I have found in my 
ossession. They are in a rough order of how I will likely complete them. The 
rder will change, if I'm given good reason to, or in some cases, I'm given 
elp.
If you wish to add to this list, I'd prefer we start using the bug tracking

Add a "tag line" field to the event reg. It would be a very short description

Keep data in fields on event submission reload after missed required field.
Make error message more obvious.
Event submission form, default day and time changed to blank instead of the 
irst time slot on Fri.
The first day/time is a required field, but not the second or third.
Add a Submit and Stay option, to keep the form data to make it easy to submit 
he same event at multiple times.
Add a field for board game geek game numbers and create a link to description of 
he game, especially in the pre reg.
Add Event needs to require that user have either a phone # or eamil defined for

Allow other depts and general users to edit events they entered, but notify dept
