Bill,

We have specific definitions for guests. What Eric B. Is talking about is we have our Guests of Honor (the ones we pay travel, etc for) set for at least the next couple of cons.  Other guests are always welcome to attend, we will give them a badge(s), table space, advertise them, etc, but we don't have the budget to pay for travel of multiple guests.

I hope that clears things up a bit.
