[Deptheads] Painting Contest

I'll gladly judge painting. Mini painting is something I'm really good at.
I know! Hard to believe! :D

As far as categories, I like the idea of having them separated into sizes,
but... I do agree there need to be more size categories. I also agree
there should be a larger kids section for this con. (( which also reminds
me, I need to e-mail Joe E. )) I can create some certificates for the kids
that we can print off and such--how many would you like? Age categories
are important. Personal opinion, they should be 3 & 4's, 5-7, 8-12, 13-15,
16+. I think this is a good breakdown based on developmental stages
(plus, it keeps them in grade groupings, too! pre-K, K-2, 3-6, 7-9, 10+).

As far as the minis themselves go, instead of going by size, why not go by
genre? "War Minis," "Fantasy Minis," "Sci-Fi Minis," "Vehicular
Transport," "Fluff," "GINORMOUS," etc? We're looking at minis, not
settings. Considering I've painted some extremely detailed, extremely tiny
minis, I'd hate to have them excluded if it's some of the best work you've
done (...make that sentence make sense...it's 2 urly! D:).
