Steve,
Devi, Heather or I will run those events. If you just deliver them the
library, we'll get them out. If you need the extra copies back afterward,
just let us know so we get them to you at the con's end.
We can't shift this time so late - Bruno has a lot of other places to be
that are built around it. But we can take it as a note for the future. We'll
certainly direct people to the dealer room for their copies. We may give
away a prize to an attendee (an out of print copy of Fist of Dragonstones
that DoW sent me) of the Q&A to help drive participation, too.
