[Deptheads] Orccon 2011 Space Planning

Rock band is going to be in a room.  For the DDR game I think the best we
can do is rope off an 8 x 8 area (where the Ex Ilis guys were).  It goes off
late enough that it shouldn't interfere with anything else.

There needs to be dedicated space for rock band. It is a awesome event for
us. Nick and Erin do a great job with it.

Outside the video game room is demos and magic the gathering and the
dealer's room is next door.

Someone at the meeting was conened about the noise from the demo/magic area
disturbing the dealer's room. Rock band is a loud event. The only event you
can put pit next to and neither complains of the noise.

 If rock band cannot use the theatre & stage (which is preferred because it
gives the concert feeling and people actually pop in and watch) then it
needs a room (inside or outside, or cabama).

I don't know who this person is, but I'm assuming he's someone already
involved in the 'con, since he was able to add the event.
