[Deptheads] We have some rooms now

If Francis doesn't expect a bed during nighttime hours, we can slip him into the library room off-hours when Chad, Matt and Kyle (not Mason) are in there. I can't reasonably put him in a bed with Matt, our main librarian.

Darrell and Todd are notorious for not asking for this directly because Patrick used to just include them in his overall room request. I've told them both before they should find regular roommates and get their 1/4 room reimbursement instead. Might be worth telling them that going forward - it won't be the first time they've heard it.
