That we'll put them where we can fit them.. That may be with you and Dean.... I think Karl is already taking in a couple of extras for wargame boot camp.

Tracy will want to keep the space we have reserved for her. Couples that don't already have space reserved are basically S.O.L.

I'm at 4 in my room already.

This goes for everyone: roll-away beads will run out this show. Floor space will almost certainly be the only option. All of us will need to be as flexible as possible about letting volunteers crash.

We can't even get rooms at a premium price -- the hotel is actually slightly overbooked. I expect some cancellations, so something might drop in our lap at the last second, but DO NOT COUNT ON THAT.

As is, I have two rooms that we know we reserved not show up on the master list. One is Justin Gary....
