[Deptheads] Who makes the LARP schedule?

One MAJOR note I forgot.

I received several requests that the costume contest not be scheduled at the
same time as the Dying Kingdoms Court Event.

Who is in charge of scheduling the LARPs? and do we know when the times for
those will be locked down so that the Costume Contest can be scedualed to
accomidate the LARPers who want to participate?
