[Deptheads] Who makes the LARP schedule?

Hi Joe,

I'm in charge of the LARP scheduling.  The LARPs are in the online event
schedule.  I had asked to stay in the loop on the costume contest this time
around, but it must have gotten lost in the last-minute rush.

In general, the LARP events don't start until 2pm, so anything before 2
should be golden, after that we'll need to mesh schedules.  Another good
opportunity would be to schedule around the beginning nor end of the Dying
Kingdoms Court Event (always Sunday 2-7pm) since there are some pretty
elaborate costumes that people get into for that.  Say, Sunday 1pm?
