Don't look for Rock Band to be moving anytime soon.  The beauty of the seminar room for Rock Band is it is isolated from the other rooms, which keeps noise from being an issue; it can handle the power needs and is large enough for  the crowd.

There are other rooms that can handle most seminars and other events, including movies.  At Orccon the only events that needed to be in that room were Rock Band, Dungeon Master and the Costume Contest.  

Before anyone schedules anything in the seminar room, check the schedule.  

For Gamex, I am going to set aside a room on the first floor for talks and movies (classroom setting)
