[Deptheads] Hotel Reg

Boy, you leave me home for the weekend (instead of meeting and gaming in 
LA), and I start getting work done.

So, I saw the SoCal gameday post about "Get your rooms quick" due to the 
basketball game thing.

I see on the Agenda, Hotel Reg by 1-28  (that just for us?)

On the web page, it says:
Rooms must be reserved 7 days before the event by 5 pm.
   (that would be Feb 11)
AND it says:*
All reservations must be made by 5 pm Friday February 4th, 2011 !!!

*So, which is what?

And is there a danger the hotel selling out?  Do we need to blast a 
special Email out telling people to get their rooms quick?  The online 
rates are $250+ PER NIGHT, ouch!
