I talked to the Sheraton this morning. The room deadline is the 28th  
of January and they are going to try to move it to Feb 4th (as we  
changed the dates of the show on the contract but not the room cutoff  
-- an obvious oversight).

However, it won't matter. Once we submit our list the room block will  
be filled. We're at 329 room nights already, and we only have a block  
of 400.

Chris, we have to get the list together ASAP.

Volunteer rooms will be at a premium. Let them know the situation  
ASAP. Let them know we will be packing them in and we don't have a  
choice.
