[Deptheads] Orccon 2011 Space Planning

You should check out the setup that Nick Chavez brings to every Rock Band
tournament we've had for the past two years.
It actually requires a fair bit of space.

Having said that, I would imagine there's there should be a room somewhere
in convention space that would accommodate the rock band tournament at the
time it's currently sitting at, AND would probably allow us to lock the room
with the rock band equipment is not in use, thus appeasing fears of stolen
or lost equipment.

Also, by moving Rock Band out of the seminar room, it allows for more events
to transpire Saturday Afternoon.

In any case, Neil, how much setup time do you need Saturday evening?
